SJMA'S gala returned to an in-person event after being virtual for the last two years. It was held on the Circle of Palms Plaza in front of the museum on September 24th. Our docents enjoyed an evening of fun, laughter, fine dining and live entertainment. This year's artist honoree was Bay Area Artist, Mildred Howard. Her artpiece, "Abode, Sanctuary" is in SJMA's permanent collection. The patron honorees were Brook Hartzell and Tad Freeze. The fun continued with dancing at the after party that was held in the museum.
